The loungeroom has a google tv, recliner L shaped lounge suite, and free Telstra Wi Fi.  The bathroom is brightly renovated with shower/toilet and vanity. Its modern touch is about functionality and comfort. Fully insulated. The long front verandah is fully fenced and has a comfy outdoor setting with a modern weber BBQ and side burner. Situated in a private ” cul-de-sac”  location. around on the left hand side of the building, no thru traffic to disturb you. The laundry is on the exterior, downstairs with 2 washers and a heat pump dryer (empty water tank after use). Bitumen sealed courtyard with ample private parking. Off to the side is another outdoor area with a gazebo, outdoor setting and a fully safe undercover dog pen with kennel. Pet friendly with a cleaning charge.
