Apartment No.3: was once the main function rooms of a motel. Now converted to a huge family accommodation getaway. 5 family bedrooms, each containing a queen bed and a single bed and their own TV, air-con, desk, lamps, wardrobe, hair dryers and towels.2 of those rooms also have a baby cot, and one has bunks as well. Each bed has an electric blanket, mattress topper and Latex pillows. There is an enormous dining/living and lounge area, with a pool table, dining table and 25 chairs, a modern treadmill, large L shaped reconer lounge, Google tv, free Wi Fi, and an enclosed office partition section with lots of toys and books for the kids. The kitchen is commercial sized, (used in many local weddings and functions) and has had a full renovation, with 2 ovens, and 2 gas cooktops, 2 large stainless fridge/freezers, island bar, 2 dishwashers and more. Lots of cooking appliances and utensils. The laundry is modern with a large washer and dryer, and plenty of bench space. There are numerous outdoor entertaining areas, with balcony’s to capture the serene views of the Snowy River flats. A front secluded enclosed yard and a big family Weber BBQ. Heating can be by combustion wood heater (small charge for wood) or the large split system.

Perfect stopover from Melbourne to Sydney, just off the M1 highway, situated on the edge of town, overlooking the Snowy River and farming area The whole place is spacious, clean, modern and fully insulated,  it’s all  about functionality and comfort.  Only 10 minutes to Marlo for fishing, boating and surf.
