Where is Longhorn Ranch Apartments in Orbost?

We're at 1 Irvines Road, Orbost VIC 3888, on a quiet street about 1.2 km from Orbost's main street and just off the Princes Highway (A1). Marlo is 10 km south, Lakes Entrance 46 km west.

Is your Orbost accommodation pet friendly?

Yes. Dogs are welcome in all three apartments. Orbost is high-risk tick country, so pets must be up to date with tick and flea control before arrival, and dogs stay off beds and furniture.

How much does it cost to stay in Orbost at Longhorn Ranch?

Rates are in AUD and include GST: the studio apartment is $220 per night, the 3-bedroom apartment is $450 per night, and the 5-bedroom apartment is $650 per night. Above 10 guests in the 5-bedroom it's $50 per person per night. There are no booking or service fees.

How many people can you sleep?

The studio suits 2 to 4 guests, the 3-bedroom apartment sleeps up to 8, and the 5-bedroom apartment comfortably takes more than 10 - so the property can host a whole family group or work crew at once.

Do the apartments have full kitchens and laundries?

Yes. Every apartment is fully self-contained with a real kitchen (cooktop, oven, microwave, full-size fridge, cookware and crockery), a laundry, a Coonara wood heater, reverse-cycle air conditioning, a large Android TV and a gas Weber BBQ.

Is there parking for a boat, trailer or caravan?

Yes. There's off-street private parking with CCTV, including large undercover and sealed hardstand areas with room for boats, trailers and larger rigs - handy for Snowy River and Marlo fishing trips.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Let us know if you're arriving late and we'll arrange access.
